Welcome to Visual Institute of Arts (“Institute,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website https://visual-institute-of-arts.com, enrolling in our courses, or making payments, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • Students must be at least 16 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to enroll.

  • Admission is subject to verification of educational qualifications, identity documents, and eligibility criteria for respective courses.

2. Enrollment & Admission

  • Admission to any program is confirmed only after successful payment of fees.

  • The Institute reserves the right to reject or cancel an admission application at its sole discretion if eligibility criteria are not met or false information is provided.

  • Govt.-affiliated degree programs are subject to university/board regulations.

3. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

  • All course fees must be paid in full or as per the installment plan agreed upon at the time of admission.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases of technical error (double payment, failed transaction).

  • Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

  • Govt. taxes (GST or others) are applicable as per law and included in the fee structure.

4. Course Delivery

  • Courses may be delivered in online, offline, or hybrid mode depending on the program selected.

  • Access to online modules is granted only to the registered student and is non-transferable.

  • Sharing course content, login credentials, or recordings with third parties is strictly prohibited.

  • The Institute reserves the right to update, modify, or replace course content without prior notice in order to stay industry relevant.

5. Certification & Placement

  • Govt.-affiliated degrees/certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of required academic and practical criteria.

  • Placement assistance is provided, but the Institute does not guarantee a specific job, salary, or employment outcome.

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Maintain discipline in classrooms, labs, and online forums.

  • Not engage in plagiarism, misuse of resources, or unethical behavior.

  • Respect faculty, staff, and fellow students.

  • Any misconduct may lead to suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All study materials, course content, videos, graphics, and designs provided by the Institute are the intellectual property of Visual Institute of Arts.

  • Students may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercialize course content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Institute is not responsible for any technical failures, internet issues, or disruptions beyond our control.

  • While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness of course material.

  • The Institute is not liable for employment outcomes, third-party actions, or personal losses of any kind.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, used, and protected.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to courses if a student:

  • Violates these Terms & Conditions

  • Engages in fraud or misuse of services

  • Defaults on installment payments

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
